Seller Policy

  • Your own work only. Submit only prompts you created yourself and have the right to sell. Copied or resold packs are rejected, and repeat copying leads to a permanent seller ban.
  • Tested, and works as described. Test your prompts before submitting. If a listed pack does not work the way its title and description promise, buyers are refunded and that amount is deducted from the seller's earnings.
  • Reviewed before listing — within 48 hours. Like the big prompt marketplaces, every submission is quality-reviewed by our team before it can go live. Reviews finish within 48 hours; the decision comes by email and shows on this page. We may reject a pack, or ask you to fix and resubmit.
  • Honest listing. Title, prompt count and price must match the actual file — the complete pack, no samples, no password-protected files, no links to outside downloads, no exaggerated claims.
  • Revenue share. You receive 50% of the sale price of every copy of your pack sold on PromptCrate. PromptCrate keeps 50% for the store, payment handling and promotion.
  • Monthly payouts, minimum Rs 500. Earnings are totalled monthly and paid in the first week of the month to your JazzCash / Easypaisa number. Balances below Rs 500 roll into the next month.
  • Submission limit. New sellers can submit up to 2 packs per day. The limit rises as your packs get approved and start selling.
  • Prohibited content. No stolen material, no harmful, illegal or adult content, and nothing that breaks Pakistani law.
  • Removal. We may remove any pack at any time for policy violations; earnings from violating sales are not paid.
  • Cover image required. Every pack must come with a cover image you created yourself. Submissions without a cover are not accepted — the cover is what buyers see first, so make it clear and honest.
  • Seller Plan for paid packs. Listing a free pack (price Rs 0) never needs a plan. To sell paid packs, you need an active Seller Plan — Rs 500 for 2 months — paid by JazzCash / Easypaisa from the Seller Plan section of this Studio and approved by our team before it switches on. There is no automatic charging: when the 2 months end, you simply pay again to renew.
  • Daily limits are hard limits. Free sellers can submit up to 2 packs per day; Seller Plan members up to 5 packs per day. The system enforces these limits automatically on every submission — they apply to everyone and cannot be bypassed or lifted by email.
